Any intellectual property or otherwise technical information sent to Liveweek Legal may be deemed by the United States Government to be exported beyond U.S. territory and received by foreign citizens. The client will take any and all necessary precautions to ensure the Client is in compliance with U.S. state and federal export regulations. In no event shall Liveweek Legal be held responsible or liable for said exportation.

 

Liveweek Legal shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, the following: computer-related problems as a result of any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, etc. and any other items that may cause destruction to computer hardware, lost data, lost revenue, business interruption, and lost profits. Liveweek Legal shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever for any delays or errors in providing services to Clients. Any and all claims in these respects are expressly waived by Client and any monetary damage shall be limited to the total amount of payment made to Liveweek Legal for the services complained of.
