Liveweek Legal seeking a highly motivated and passionate entry-level attornies/lawyers to join our team. The successful candidate must be recently graduated from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the state where they will be working. As an entry-level attorney/lawyer, you will work closely with senior attorneys/lawyers to provide legal support on a variety of matters, including but not limited to:

Conducting legal research and drafting legal memos and briefs.

Assisting with contract review and drafting.

Attending court hearings and depositions.

Participating in negotiations and mediation sessions.

Communicating with clients and opposing counsel.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate interest in the legal field and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis.
